History
Beginning business as Nebraska Billiard Supply in 1955, Paul and Ruby Grosart owned and ran their homespun billiard supply company out of their home in Lincoln, NE.
In 1976, Rory and Connie Mueller purchased the business, by then known as Cornhusker Billiard Supply, located at 2324 O Street. The Muellers worked long hours to bring the best deals and service to their customers.
The business relocated to 1619 O Street in 1980. In 1986, the first Cornhusker Billiard Catalog for dealers was created, completely produced on a manual typewriter.
In 1988, the company moved to 4825 S. 16th Street, which featured a 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse, showroom and much needed office space. Mueller Recreational Products, Inc. was incorporated in 1989 to give the company more versatility for the future.
In 1991, the business expanded to the Des Moines area, opening as Mueller Recreational Products in Clive.
Mueller Recreation added high-quality patio furniture to their line in 2021, offering customers complete indoor and outdoor recreation options.
